      Located in Summit County, Colorado, Centennial Townhouses is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.  Summit County is home to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge Ski Resorts.  It is also home to great hiking, biking, cross country skiing, restaurants, and is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.   

       

      Centennial Townhouses is an 18 unit complex which was built in the early 1980s.   Owners and tenants have access to the Corinthian Hill Clubhouse which has an outdoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, meeting room, and showers.  There is also a tennis court available for use at the Dillon Bay Condo Association property adjacent to Centennial.  Contact Americana Resort Properties for the tennis court combination.

      YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Americana Resort Properties is a full service Property and Rental Management Company. We are proud to have such a dedicated, experienced and professional support staff, including maintenance and housekeeping departments. We have a well-established short-term and long-term rental management program. Americana Resort Properties' office is located in the Dillon Center above the bowling alley in Dillon. We are open six days a week and are on call 24 hours a day.       KEY CONTROL AND RESIDENCE SECURITY CHECKS:  Centennial Townhomes are on a master key system in order for Management to enter a unit in an emergency situation.   If you decide to re-key the locks to your condo, please contact Americana Resort Properties for instructions on how to do so.  Americana Resort Properties provides weekly security checks from November to April and biweekly checks from May to October of all units.  If you would like to not receive security checks of your property, please contact Americana Resort Properties. 

       

      CORINTHIAN HILL PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION:  As an owner at Centennial Townhomes you are also a member of the Corinthian Hill Property Owners Association (CHPOA).  If you would like more information about the CHPOA, please go to www.corinthianhill.com.
